So, I've just come back from a couple of days in Bristol attending the city's Photo festival with my peers and lecturers on The Falmouth MA. I had a great time but I'm left dismayed at how little I've engaged with photography outside of my city over the last 25 years!
No wonder I've stayed unknown beyond Plymouth I haven't ventured past it! And even though I have tried to reach out to other photographers within this city I almost never have the opportunity to talk about work with them. Theirs or mine.
But, the stagnation is over, I have ventured as far as Bristol and I will go further, much, much further and my work will reach beyond the city, the region, and the Country! At least I will do everything I can to make that a reality.
