MY ARCHIPELAGO 2017

In 2017 Jojo had a solo exhibition called MY ARCHIPELAGO, it was the final show at New Street Gallery in Plymouth. The idea for the show was simple. Jojo had always considered himself the exception to the rule that "no man is an island" but realised that was no longer how he felt. Rather than being a complete island he now considered himself an island amongst other islands, separate but with many connections. He decided to photograph the men who were significant to him at that time. A show was born. It featured 21 men who were important to Jojo in 2017.
